About Radiant Rehab Services

 

At the heart of Radiant Rehab Services is an Occupational Therapist with a passion to keep patients thriving at home. Our team of professionals was founded by Rochelle Paz, OTR/L, a clinician herself who graduated from California State Dominguez Hills' Master's of Science in Occupational Therapy program. While working in the home health setting, she immediately saw a need for more therapists to serve the aging population. She then decided to begin her own team. Her goals are simple, yet impactful:

 

1) To provide the best care for patients - we do this by employing board certified therapists and ensuring each of them are clinically qualified and dedicated to serving and respecting each patient

2) To maintain excellent relationships with our home health agencies - we do this by submitting documentation on time, maintaining patient confidentiality, and complying with Medicare requirements

 

3) Keep our therapy staff happy!  - we do this by prioritizing convenient locations and times, assuring pay on time, and maintaining respectful and excellent communication with each and every therapist
