SMS Terms & Conditions Effective date: June 9, 2026

1. Program Description By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Radiant Rehab for the purpose of caseload notifications and patient updates related to your work with us.

2. How to Opt In You consent to receive SMS messages when you provide your mobile phone number to us in the course of working with Radiant Rehab.

3. Message Frequency Message frequency varies. You can expect approximately 3–5 messages per week, depending on your caseload and patient activity.

4. Cost Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your wireless carrier for pricing details on your specific plan.

5. Opt Out You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and you will no longer receive messages. To rejoin, opt in again as you did the first time.

6. Help Reply HELP for assistance at any time, or contact us at radiantrehabva@gmail.com.

7. Carriers Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
